What to arrange when travelling alone

Think through the stay, arrival and daily check-in before you go.

Keep the arrival day light

Arrival still includes immigration, baggage, transport and check-in. Leave enough time on the first day instead of forcing another move.

Share a simple contact plan

Share the stay, flight and rough route with someone at home, and keep local emergency contacts available. Follow the destination's official safety advice.

Leave room for yourself

Travelling alone lets you adjust the pace. Leave part of each day unbooked so your energy and mood still have a choice.

Didn't answer yours? Just ask.

You don't need it worked out first. One question is enough.
