When to pay
An invoice is sent after the quote is accepted; full payment is due before ticketing.
Payment methods
Payment is by bank transfer or cheque; cheques are payable to “Colour Up Holiday Limited”.
Payment proof
Bank details are on the invoice; a copy of the payment slip can be sent on WhatsApp.
Charges
There is currently no surcharge for bank transfer or cheque; bank or third-party charges, if any, are excluded.

Missed departure
No-shows are handled under airline or supplier policy; each booking’s conditions are explained with the quote.

Why are there no prices on the site?
Prices depend on dates, travellers, flight and hotel choices, and availability at the time. Share the trip’s needs and Colour Up Holiday will shortlist suitable options and quote.
What does a quote include?
A quote includes flight options and times, prices and taxes, baggage, stays and other arrangements if needed, plus key terms for changes, cancellation and refunds.
Can I book just a flight or a hotel?
Yes. The whole trip or just part of it can be arranged.
Can the sample itineraries be changed?
Trip length, route and pace can be adjusted to suit the trip; sample itineraries are only a starting point.
When and how do I pay?

Can I change or cancel after confirming?

You can receive the quotation, invoice, e-tickets, hotel confirmation, itinerary summary and follow-up contact details by WhatsApp or email.

Visa information guidance and paperwork assistance are available, and travel insurance can also be arranged.
