Booking Terms

Scope

These Terms apply when you enquire about, receive a quotation for or book travel arrangements with Colour Up Holiday Limited ("we", "us"). Our travel agent licence number is 353230. Website content is for reference only and does not constitute an offer.

Quotations

We will provide a written quotation based on your needs, listing what is and is not included. The quotation will state its validity period and conditions. Arrangements are confirmed according to the written quotation. Website route outlines are not quotations and do not guarantee availability.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is made only when we confirm it in writing. Any deposit, balance due date and payment method will be clearly stated in the written quotation or confirmation before you confirm. You do not need to pay until you have expressly agreed. Please provide names and details matching your travel documents. Travellers are responsible, as applicable, for costs arising from incorrect information. This Website does not set a standard deposit percentage, balance due date, change fee or cancellation fee table; the applicable payment and fee terms will be stated in the written quotation or confirmation before you pay.

Payment

Payment methods and timing are as stated in the written quotation or confirmation. We will provide a receipt after receiving payment.

Changes and cancellations

Change or cancellation fees and conditions depend on the relevant suppliers’ terms. Some items may be non-refundable or only partly refundable once confirmed. We will explain relevant restrictions before you confirm and state them in writing. If you need to change or cancel, notify us in writing as soon as possible; we will explain available options and actual costs. If circumstances beyond our control require us to change or cancel arrangements, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or handle any refund as appropriate.

Travel documents and eligibility

Travellers are responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas and entry documents, and for remaining aware of destination entry and health requirements. General information from us does not replace requirements published by official authorities.

Travel insurance

We recommend that travellers arrange travel insurance covering medical needs, cancellation, baggage and accidents.

Liability

We will use reasonable care and skill in arranging travel. Our liability for supplier acts and events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, epidemics and government measures, is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you are dissatisfied, contact us at sales@colourup.com.hk and we will follow up as soon as possible. You may also contact the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
